Introducing this exceptional 1996 Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R, proudly offered by JapImportsUK. Built around a fully forged and stroked 2.8L RB26DETT, this example showcases some of the most respected performance period-correct parts available. Featuring the renowned HKS 2.8L stroker kit, Step 2 cams, T51R turbocharger and supporting upgrades throughout, it delivers serious capability while retaining excellent reliability. Underneath, the chassis is remarkably clean and presents far better than most examples of this era.
The interior has been tastefully equipped for both street and circuit use, with a Personal steering wheel, roll cage, HKS EVC, HKS Circuit Attack Counter, Blitz and Greddy auxiliary gauges, electronic torque split system, and aftermarket floor mats. The exterior remains subtle, with the car sitting on 18" Rays Volk wheels and benefitting from Ohlins coilovers, upgraded Nismo rear suspension bushes, Endless brakes with F50 calipers, and a rear HICAS delete kit for improved handling control. An ATS carbon triple-plate clutch completes the drivetrain, ensuring the gearbox and power delivery match the engine’s capability. A Nismo rear spoiler ornament plate and the rear seats are supplied with the vehicle but not fitted.
This is an extremely clean, well-maintained R33 GT-R with a strong service history in Japan using Wako and Motul oils. For an additional cost, we can upgrade the vehicle to a modern ECU setup, remove the Z32 AFM, and provide further modernisation options. Please see more details below.
